WORK EXPERIENCE / COMPANY’S ASSOCIATION/ EMPANELMENT

1. COMPANY - Syndicate Bank ( Now Canara Bank)
ROLE/TITLE - I am Empanelled Advocate of Syndicate Bank and looking after its due diligence and giving of Legal Opinions, Flow of Title with regard to Title Deeds of the Property, Non Encumbrance Certificates etc., vis-a-vis disbursement of Loans granted by the Bank. I have done almost 100 Legal Audits and Scrutiny of Loan / Legal Documents of various Loan Accounts in Syndicate Bank.

2. COMPANY - Siemens Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.
ROLE/TITLE - I have been appointed as a Resolution Professional by National Company law Tribunal Delhi in three different matters under Section 95 of Insolvency and bankruptcy Code wherein the Financial Creditor is Siemens Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

3. COMPANY - Gaksung World India Private Limted and D.H.Trading Private Limited
ROLE/TITLE - A South Korean MNC, I am a key Legal Consultant for Gaksung since its inception. They are having almost 50 Distributors / Franchisees in India, and all the legal formalities are fulfilled by me including Court cases and drafting and Vetting of various agreements. I am also involved with the company with regard to various agreements, particularly in relation to its Distributors / Franchisee owners, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Supply Agreements etc.,

4. COMPANY - Escorts Limited
ROLE/TITLE - I have been drafting the pleadings of Escorts Limited ( A Tractor Manufacturing Company) for the various disputes pending in different Courts throughout India

5. COMPANY - Language Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., and LCS Infotech
ROLE/TITLE - Language Consultancy is a language solutions company providing Translation, Interpretation, Software and Website Localisation, Transcription, Voice Overs, Editing Proof Reading, Validation and Multi Lingual Publishing (DTP) in every International Language. I am working as a Consultant for this company and gives legal solutions to every aspect they seek. I also look after the litigation matters of this company and drafting / Vetting of Agreements.

6. COMPANY - M/S Precision Tech Enterprises
ROLE/TITLE - I have been handling its Court Litigation in Delhi and doing the Drafting for its Litigation outside Delhi Courts.

7. COMPANY - M/S New Delhi IAS
ROLE/TITLE - I have been handling its Litigation of Delhi Courts with regard to Cheque Bounce Cases and Consumer Courts and have been Drafting / Vetting its agreements.

8. COMPANY - Independent practitioner (2008-Till Date)
ROLE/TITLE - Presently working as an independent practicing Advocate and handing variety of cases related to Corporate / Company Matters, Writ Petitions, The Negotiable Instrument Act (Cheque Bounce Cases), Arbitration Matters, Recovery Suits, Matrimonial Disputes, Consumer Courts including State Commissions and National Commission, Bail matters, Guardianship and ward act, Stay and Injunctions suits, Land / Property Matters, Criminal matters including Cheating, Fraud, Criminal Breach of Trust, Lodging and Quashing Of FIR etc.,
