IP Subhash Nathuramka is a senior finance professional with qualifications of Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretaryship having wide experience of more than three decades. He has worked as an insolvency professional, registered valuer, development banker, CFO, Company Secreatary, Project Finance Consultant and auditor. He has wide experience in the fields of credit appraisal, monitoring, restructuring of loans and rehabiliation of projects. He is registered as Insolvency Professional with IBBI since 2017.
Presently based at Mumbai he is a partner with KIP Restructuring & Insolvency Professionals LLP an IPE registered with IBBI. He along with KIP handled CIRP of ARK Industries Private Ltd. with financial creditors of Rs.60 Crores and Operational creditors of Rs.12.50 Crores.
He is empanelled with IDBI Bank as an Insolvency professional.
He has given consent to act as IRP in a few cases of CIRP pending with NCLT Mumbai.
He has given consent to act as RP in two cases of corporate guarantors pending with NCLT Ahmedabad.
During his association with M.M. Nissim and Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai he looked after special assignments given by banks in respect of their big corporate borrowers including special audit, monitoring of implementation of projects. He remained associated with projects worth more than Rs. 1000 Crore including Pipava Shipyard Ltd., Neptune Realtors Ltd. and Modern Infrastructure Ltd.
During his association with Columbus Capital Management Ltd. Mumbai as Principal Consultant he looked after assignments relating to SME as well as large companies including project feasibility studies, monitoring of implementation of projects, follow up with lending banks, consortium finance and credit rating by external rating agencies etc. He remained associated with projects worth more than Rs.1500 Crore including Bilosa Textiles, Bharati Shipyard Ltd., Lokmangal Sugar Ltd. and Betul Oils Ltd.
During his association with Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd., Jaipur (a state industrial development corporation and a financial institution) as Secreatry he looked after SME finance from close quarters. He handled more than 100 credit proposals as well as cases of equity in various sectors.
